Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own. The villa is located in the new gated community of Tuscan Hills, Davenport and comprises 1 King Master bedroom w/ ensuite full bath, 1 Queen Master bedroom w/ ensuite full bath, 1 Double bedroom + 1 Twin bedroom sharing a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs + DVD. Tiled floors throughout open areas. Living Room seats 8 w/ large 42inch LCD TV + DVD. Dining Room seats 8 comfortably. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Breakfast Nook seating 4-6. Separate Study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, TV & DVD w/full ensuite bath. Laundry room w/washer/dryer, iron + board.

Games Room with Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey Table, Playstation 2, game boards & toys. Gorgeous south facing pool + spa w/pool toys, loungers, table + chairs. Wireless Internet access throughout. A security system is installed and 24hr property managers are available on-site. We also cater to the little ones, by providing a travel cot/playpen, highchair, stroller, toddler's booster seat, a set of dishes for boy and girl. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.

One of the many advantages of staying at our villa is its location, location, location. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and the Disney inspired town of Celebration. Restaurants, Banks, ATMs, Supermarkets, Service Stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approx. 4 minutes North on US 27. A Public Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian + pizza takeout and other restaurants are all on close proximity.
